What to include
To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Pixel 8) and OS version
- The Arcticalm version (User tab → bottom of screen)
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or short screen recording if possible
Subscription, refunds, and billing
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. To manage, pause, or cancel your subscription:
- iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Arcticalm
- Android — Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Arcticalm
Refunds are also processed by the store. Request them through reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play Help (Android). Email us if you need help locating the right form.
